Cookie Policy
Effective: May 17, 2026
1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Fleetiqo, LLC ("Fleetiqo", "we") and our service providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on fleetiqo.com and the Fleetiqo dashboard at dashboard.fleetiqo.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
"Cookies" here means HTTP cookies, browser localStorage and sessionStorage entries, IndexedDB records, and any device identifiers a third party sets on your behalf.
2. Your choices, in plain words
On your first visit to our marketing site we show a banner asking whether you'll accept analytics cookies. You can change your mind any time: clear the fq_cookie_consententry from your browser's site storage (DevTools → Application → Local Storage) and the banner reappears on the next page load.
If you reject analytics, no Google Analytics scripts load — full stop. We don't fall back to server-side fingerprinting or "cookieless tracking".
Strictly-necessary cookies can't be disabled in-app — turning them off would log you out and break checkout. You can still block them in your browser settings, but the dashboard won't work.
3. Cookies we set
The consent banner controls whether the analytics row gets loaded; everything in "strictly necessary" and "preferences" is set as soon as you visit because the service requires them.

4. Third parties and where data goes
When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics receives a pseudonymous visitor ID, page URL, referrer, screen size, browser type, and an IP-derived approximate location. IP anonymizationis enabled so Google receives a truncated IP. Google's use of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
The full list of sub-processors that may receive personal data lives at /sub-processors and is referenced in our Data Processing Addendum.
5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Browsers can send a Do Not Track header (DNT) or a Global Privacy Controlsignal (GPC). DNT was effectively deprecated by major browsers and lacks a uniform standard, so we don't treat it as a binding opt-out — the cookie banner is the canonical way to express your choice.
We dohonor GPC as a valid opt-out under California (CCPA / CPRA) and the other US state privacy laws that recognize it (Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon). If your browser sends GPC and you haven't already accepted cookies in our banner, analytics stays disabled regardless.
6. Children
Fleetiqo is a B2B fleet-management product not directed at children. We don't knowingly serve users under 13 in the US (COPPA) or under 16 in the EEA/UK. If you believe a child has set up an account, email privacy@fleetiqo.com and we'll delete the account and any associated cookies.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our cookie inventory changes (a new analytics tool, removing a vendor, etc.). Material changes are surfaced via the consent banner on the next visit; the effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
8. Contact
Questions → privacy@fleetiqo.com. For formal complaints you can also contact the supervisory authority in your country of residence (e.g. the ICO in the UK, your national DPA in the EU, your state attorney general in the US).
